What is the opportunity?

Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/7 operations.

As a Senior Administrator in Securities Lending, you will be responsible to ensure all settlement of all Securities Lending trade is timely recorded.

You will be supporting Luxembourg market. Working hours would be between 3:00pm and 12:00am, however, working hours might change due to business needs.

Contract duration: 12 months

What will you do?

Capture and process securities lending transactions that were received via different channels (ie; manual, STE and STP).
Ensure all trade processing are being done correctly according to SLA and RBC I&TS expectation.
Ensure outstanding items (stock & cash reconciliations) are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Involve in any process improvement effort and actively contribute ideas to increase team efficiency and productivity.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

What do you need to succeed?

Knowledge in different custody process and products.
Experience in banking operations and back office.
Experience in Securities Operations or financial services.

Relevant tertiary education
Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated
