  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken in English.
  • Good in mathematics and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work at Kajang and travel to Banting.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Full-time position.

  • Assist in sourcing quotation for service vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist and prepare quotation to customers or potential customers.
  • Assist in gathering market information and conducting market research.
  • Assist and support in marketing activities and campaign.
  • Assist in data compiling and analysing pertaining to sales and other financial data.
  • Assist Executive Director in administrative support functions such as arranging and monitoring travel arrangements, scheduling appointment, submitting claims & etc.
  • Summarize reports from respective departments and present it to Executive Director.
  • Monitoring deadlines and follow up on tasks given by Executive Director.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence and/or records, and maintain an organized filling.
  • Maintain of Executive Director’s office equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and other parties.
  • Undertake any specific assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
