Regional Training Manager East Malaysia Jobs Vacancy in Axa Kuala Lumpur Jobs Details:

Schedule, promote & conduct basic compliance courses effectively at respective region, mainly: New Agent or Leader Orientation, Workshops, Bi-weekly session, GPS, EYE programme, M& M, BAMC etc.
  • Monitor the progress of Compliance & update training records at respective region, i.e. GPS, EYE Programme, M & M, CPD, RFP, BAMC, TCF, AMLA, etc.
  • Monitor & drive for EYE on-boarding & new agents program.
  • Organizing training & development related event, e.g.Power Sales Workshop and Product Launching session.
  • Constantly review and update existing training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of agency force in meeting their targets.
  • Design and develop new training courses/ modules to continuously enhance the competency of the agency force.
  • Develop and update regular industry licensing tutorial materials and exam sample questions (in the form of CD or workbook) to prepare new agents for PCE/CEILI examination.
  • Support the achievement of EM agency sales target by constantly updating our agency force the sales incentives/reward initiated by company.
  • Involve in sales based initiatives such as roadshows, agency meetings, recruitment and product launching focusing in EM. Assist RADD & ADD to drive productivity and recruitment for agency development.
  • Design and develop effective sales tools to facilitate agency force in their sales processes.
  • Conduct weekly EYE meeting and share K.A.S.H related topics during branch meeting.
