Merchandise Planning Executive Allocator Jobs Vacancy in Courts Malaysia Sdn Bhd Setapak Jobs Details:
Ensure the right stocks to the right stores at the right time. Manage overall auto & ad hoc allocations to stores, range plan compliance & fulfilment, store TO requests.
Work with Merchandize Planners to ensure the correct mix of stock is allocated to each store and to monitor timely delivery of appropriate merchandise to support all marketing initiatives such as catalogues, sale events, calendar promotion events and other activities as per marketing calendar.
Ensure correct inventory levels are maintained in each store to maximise sales and minimise markdowns.
Disseminate stocks effectively to various locations of the business (by store and warehouse) in the most optimal way. Responsible for managing the stock movement process between stores and between stores and warehouse.
Run monthly range plan compliance check and work with respective stores in fulfilling their range compliance. Support and response to stores’ inventory related enquiries and requests.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports needed by buying teams to make timely decisions on category directions and category mix in layout plan of stores.
Ensure sufficient stocks are brought into the business and work with merchandize Planners in disseminating the stocks effectively to various locations of the business (by store and warehouse) in the most optimal way.
Willing to do heavy data entry (Using Microsoft Excel and systems)
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, or business relevant degree.
At least 1-3 years experience in merchandise / demand planning (e.g. stock tracking etc.) with retail industry experience as an added advantage.
Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
Competent in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills.
High level of business ethics and integrity.
