What is the opportunity?
Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/7 operations.
As a Senior Administrator in Reconciliations, you will be responsible to daily investigation of reconciliations breaks for Cash and Asset accounts on a daily or monthly basis via OMT, TLM, STELINK and custody systems. The role is also responsible to deliver specific services to internal and external clients with prescribed timeframes with a high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client focused mindset.
You will be supporting Luxembourg market. Working hours would be between 4:00pm and 1:00am, however, working hours might change due to business needs.
What will you do?
Investigate, review and clearance of daily or Monthly cash and asset reconciliations via TLM including investigation of breaks and assignment of breaks to the right departments.
Collate and maintain statistical information for internal and client distribution which includes maintaining periodic reporting as required by client and/or business needs.
Provide assistance to the other teams within Operations Control when required to ensure the success of the larger team.
Engage in cross-training to support depth and flexibility within the team.
What do you need to succeed?
Exposure to Cash Management, TLM or other reconciliations systems.
Experience in custodial operations team.
Relevant tertiary education
Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated
